Coffee beans are grown in countries with the right climate to facilitate mass production to cope with the world demand for coffee. In 1907 Brazil became the worlds largest producer of coffee producing 97% of the worlds output, and in 1920 when prohibition was introduced in the US the demand exploded to the extent that America consumed 70% of the worlds coffee production.
There is a huge choice of coffee beans and suppliers available to the consumer now with various roasts catering for different tastes yet with all the different machines, grinders, gadgets and methods designed to produce the perfect cup of coffee they all have one thing in common, coffee beans.

Zimbabwe coffee beans are characterized by an extraordinary wine like tone.

Colombian coffee beans are lively in acidity, and full bodied, with a constant clean mellow flavour. Mexico Custepec coffee beans are a strictly high grown Arabica coffee from Chiapas, Custepec is the premium shade-grown Mexican coffee bean. A medium-bodied, very clean coffee offering a bright, satisfying finish. Brazil Santos coffee beans are grown in the southern region of the state of Minas Gerais, the area that produces a coffee that is Medium to heavy-bodied, with a trace of earthiness, and a gentle, subtle sweetness.
